ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from Wine Awakenings, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN POLICY
Clients who buy products directly from Wine Awakenings™ may return them up to five (5) days of receipt for exchange only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned product must be in an “as new” condition and all documentation and any other items included with the product must be returned.

EXCHANGES
From time to time, Wine Awakenings™ may at its sole discretion exchange products or portions of a product.

PRODUCTS
The Wine Awakenings™ policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. Wine Awakenings™ may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Every attempt will be made not to do so. Wine Awakenings™ shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the products on its website are up to date, but makes no guarantee that all products listed will be available at all times or at any time.
