Return Policy
Clients who buy products directly from Wine Awakenings™ may return them within up to fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price paid and/or exchange the products as requested. The refund of products does not include the refund of shipping and handling charges. Returned product must be in an “as new” condition and all documentation and any other items included with the product must be returned.
Exchanges
From time to time, Wine Awakenings™ may at its sole discretion exchange products or portions of a product.
Products
The Wine Awakenings™ policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. Wine Awakenings™ may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Every attempt will be made not to do so. Wine Awakenings™ shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the products on its website are up to date, but makes no guarantee that all products listed will be available at all times or at any time.
